Refund policy

We have a no refund policy. However, you may exchange your purchased item for a different size if you aren’t happy with how your clothing fits. 

If you somehow received a damaged or wrong order by chance, please return the order to the return address. You will be reimbursed all shipping costs and your correct order will be expedited as soon as the return is received. 

To start a return, you can contact us at loelifeapparel@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
